Through  experience  and  innovation  since  founding  our  company in 1994 we
do see huge opportunities of a profitable market in Croatia.

Croatia  with its  unique beaches and  coastline, as with  its  continuously  rising                  enquiry of  international clients for luxury real estate, is on the best  way to be the                          new Côte d'Azur on Adriatic sea.

Especially  clients  from  China,  Great  Britain  and  Russia  has  made  a  huge                  number  of  profitable investments in Croatia during the past few years. But also               investors from all over the world too.
